My new favorite store! Every tank was clean. The store manager spent a lot of time with us explaining everything. She told me the same things that I have read and that our son, who is a marine biologist said. They showed us all of their set ups in the back room, so we could see what we need to do. On top of that, when we ask if they deliver, even though they do not, the owners agreed to deliver our very large tank. We live out in the middle of no where. Customer service at it’s finest

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS SHOP! I will no longer be going anywhere else. Excellent customer service, Emily is so kind and very helpful. You can definitely tell she’s passionate about her job. I came in so excited to get freshwater snails after loosing my snail last December. After being heart broken and waiting so long I was very hesitant in homing a new snail, but Emily brought back all the joy and passion for me. This shop will be the ONLY place I will go from now on. Thank you Emily for helping me with Larry, Marry and Jerry. Gary will be missed but now he can live on through them

Great little shop! The staff were very patient and informative especially for me who is a beginner. Prices were on par with any of the big box stores. Great experience.
